To meet the needs of the local community due to the increased popularity of basketball, and to compare better to other major cities, the parks department in St. Louis needs to find a way to construct more basketball courts and, baskets inside of city parks. The disparity between public facities and as a whole for children raised in the City of St. Louis is staggering.
