I myself prefer Floyd Medical Hospital has my home hospital as well as my family. so instead of using different hospitals for different situations, I would rather have all my medical records at one hospital I have not had any heart situations to come up so far but if they do I would want to have treatment here.

We should have the same opportunities to treat patients as our neighboring hospital. My uncle was transferred to Piedmont hospital in Atlanta for open heart surgery. If we had the capabilities to treat him at Floyd, he would not have had to be transferred, putting extra strain and stress on him and his family.

I have been a patient at Floyd for cardiac care and found the nurses and facility to be top notch. Floyd has access to the same great cardiologists as Redmond and the peo9ple of the area deserve a choice.
