children all over the UK are suffering a poor quality of life due to a sever lack of funding in the NHS meaning that young children are unable to access nursery and social activities due to not having the right equipment
This must change to many young children are developing social, educational emotional and physical delays and disability's due to this sever lack of funding and red tape
