Dear Valued Megabus Patron,

In October of 2014 the your Megabus Luggage Loaders and Field Supervisors voted overwhelmingly to join together with their fellow drivers who are represented by United Workers of America. With UWA we could have living wage, so we may support ourselves and our families.

Unfortunately MEGABUS does not feel the same and wishes to undermine living wage standards across the country.

As frequent patrons of Megabus, you know us for many years. We will as always continue to strive to provide professional, top-quality service to you, and ensure that the buses run safely and smoothly. Just as you do, we brave the snow, rain, heat and gloom of night so that you may get to your destinations safely and securely. However, that will become more difficult without confidence and protection that comes from having a living wage, affordable health insurance, and pension benefits so we may know our future is protected after investing time working for Megabus.

MAKE SURE THAT MEGABUS EMPLOYEES RECEIVE A LIVING WAGE, AFFORDABLE HEALTH COVERAGE, PENSION AND OTHER CONDITIONS THAT ADHERE TO A STANDARD OF LIVING FOR THE AREA.
