From an avid aussie fan doug is one of the best seasoned actors on the show.surely with so many years of past stories there is something that the clever writers can weave into present day..shame to leave such great talent sit on the side lines

DD has been my fave since 1984 and he is the main reason to watch YR. We the fans are really feel that he brighten up YR with his presence. There are tons of storys for Paul Williams to have. It give us a break from the Abbott/Newman stories that dominate the canvas. A couple of ideas are the following. YR could have old enemies like Sean Garett/Rick Daros could come back. Paul's early 90's love Cassandra Rawlins could come back from the dead. They could say she was in Witness Protection and that Christine was her handler and could have gotten her and her daughter out years ago, but choose not to. Cassandra could have been pregnant and had to give up the baby who was raised by other people and that Tessa is a bio Williams of Cassandra/Paul. There is story that could be played. The Mob could try to frame Paul for corruption since his Pi firm took down Mr. Anthony in the past. I feel that Paul is vital to the canvas and is really needed on out screens. To be honest. DD as Paul Williams makes the show better. he has been nominated a bunch of times since the 2010's and won in 2013. Its not like we asking for him to be on 5 days a week. 3 would suffice and keep a lot of us glued to YR and not FF on our DVR with overly dominated Newman/Abbott stories.
