ridiculous prices, queueing time is diabolical, I agree bring in some competition or make them reduce there prices.

People need to have a choice no business should have a monopoly and be able to charge whatever they want more choice = competion which drives down the prices and makes the co owners of the country side centre to work harder with no competition you sense they don t care

I totally agree that there should be more of a choice available to us (& yes , I am a local resident!)
I also understand (well, assume actually) that the proprietor of the (public owned?) building may well be expected to pay rent & be responsible for the repairs under a full repairing lease agreement (if that is the case?)
.....Feel free to put me right, if that is not the case (anyone.....
So, as a compromise, I would like to suggest - not another Cafe' or Restaurant, but - an outlet at the other end of the lake/park - where I (or anyone) could purchase soft drinks & ice cream/ lollies etc
Then, anybody who would like to eat (food) & sit at a table - could visit the Centre.....
Come on Redditch Council - & grow a pair, give them a chance...!!
That's it - just my 2 quids worth (that's nflation for you...)

another kiosk would be a great idea for people to choose not to have to go into the visitor centre which is dark gloomy over-priced and not very child friendly!
