We need a temporary ban on STR's for health concerns, but we need legislation that defines them as a business use requiring a special use permit in residential areas. Otherwise they will soon overtake our residential neighborhoods.

We need to stop the continuous inflow of tourist, especially californians, to our little town of Incline Village, Nevada. I am a 27 year resident.
