"Organic" describes the most natural, chemical free, way to grow plants & that is not in a tank with curculating chemicals . All of the symbiotic relationships between healthy soil organisms & plants are what support actual nutrient content of food plants. Keep this process clearly defined as organic & do not slap this important identifier on any other process of producing food crops.

We need to have more certified organic food produced. I for one eat only organic food and I am concerned that we will have less organic food in the future..

Please enact a moratorium on organic certification of all New hydroponic acreage until the final rule is issued.
We ask that the USDA National Organic Program follow the 2010 NOSB recommendations to prohibit soilless hydroponic vegetable production as certified organic.

The sickness and health problems in this country are so related to chemicals and poisons in our foods. ORGANIC SOIL helps to change that and creates healthy plants! Plants need the beneficial organisms of SOIL.
