I have a Dodge Journey 3.5L v6 the transmission shift and down shift is very hard.. if the car downshift too fast i need to restarte the car because the transmission w’ont shift... i have no reverse ... trouble code p0733 p0734 p0736 p0792 and the check engine,, the esp/bas/abs light is on... the cruize controle don’t function.... the car take the double of fuel .. Don’t buy a Dodge Journey 2009 ...

2009 town and country van needs transmission fixed or replaced.

Either fix these transmissions or repalce the car. With the car in for service more often then driving it.

Been driving Chrysler products since the early 1980's. Never had a transmission problem in 6 previous vehicles until my current 2011 Chrysler Town & Country. Per the transmission repairman, the planetary gear failure which took out reverse and scored the drum housing which had to be replaced when he rebuilt it. This van is only 4,000 miles out of warranty. Now I'm $2500 poorer.

I had 2 transmissions die on me in 2 weeks. My 2010 Grand Caravan had 197,000 on it so I thought it had a good run. I then purchased a 2012 TC with 83,000 on it, and that died on me 1 week after purchase. Chrysler runs in my family, my parents, sister and my self currently own Chrysler vehicles to this day. After my experience and my sisters Jeep tranny issue, we are considering abandoning the Chrysler product for good.

been doing transmissions for forty years and most have not given me problems. 62te has no updates from sonnax or transgo to fix any of the issues with this trans. Chrysler needs to do something, hard to keep customers happy when you can't fix design flaws.

It's very unreliable and needs to be recalled and replaced with a new/better transmission!

Among all the other problems with the trans I have had I just had the pump go on it and it won’t move

Transmission sucks
