2012 Journey with erratic shifting. Sometines when wanting to pass slower car it will not down shift thus I will abort the pass. It jerks sometimes right before it shifts. Took it to the dealer and they say they don't find anything. I'm sure they are instructed to keep quiet on these issues..

2012 Dodge Caravan-70,000 miles-transmission acting weird-had serviced with no change.

Transmission was maintained from day one and with out warning p0792 and p0733 logged with in months warranty being up and trams always had a clunk for reverse to drive and had clunky shifts from day one

Transmission clunked and lurched constantly. I was told this is normal. Transmission Revere's gear finally went out.

my 2010 diesel CRD/RT Journey suffers from all the ailments listed here with only 50k miles and I'm the only owner, its heartbreaking such a great car is ruined by its transmission.

2009 Dodge Journey. Needle roller thrust bearing in the centre of main gearset failed at 117000 km and spat rollers through the lot. Left us with a box of smashed gears, while Chrysler Australia says it's because "unapproved oil" was used at 97000km service. This service was done by premier auto transmission shop in our area using recomended Total brand oil. Chrysler will only deny on the phone and have refused to give any response in writing to me. What the???? Who Does This!!!!

transmission has need to be retuned several times and rebuilt several times... same problems persist and they are UNSAFE for our family
