Very spotty internet at best. It is going to increase out bill. It needs to be fixed. Been out of service 4 days.

Sick and tired of Internet cutting out. .08 download speed is unacceptable. Paying for 7 mbs. Getting .08 mbs... sick of it.

Verizon is horrible at customer service, they don't maintain their lines and simply seem to not care. Need another option!!

We are in the South West area of Columbia County (Cleveland Township). Our area is not mentioned above.....And Verizon tells us that our lines are "too old to be used for the Internet, and too young to be replaced". Really??

As a home based business owner, I am struggling without solid reliable land asked internet connection. It is extremely expensive to work from home with a hot spot data service!

Had problem with verizon service last yr went 18 dsys with out phone service called a complainted neumerus times, quick to raise your bill

Verizon won't even consider bringing DSL to our house. Our neighbors that live just a few hundred feet on both h sides of us all have it but are not happy with it. We have a broadband unit from Verizon and it gets such poor connection that I can't use google drive to grade my students' work. We have told Verizon that I need reliable internet access to do my job and they keep telling us that there is nothing that they can do.

We never have service here , we pay for it but it never works . We are told it is working fine but we can't even have it long or strong enough for our kids to do their homework , which is assigned to them online !!

fought with Verizon about our phone not working every time it rained for about 2 years. They told me it wasn't them until my neighbors started to have the same problem. It was them. Gotta give it to them that they know how to keep you paying for the worse service. We need a good reliable fast internet for business.

We live in Anthony Twp., Montour county. We have Hughesnet satelite internet but it is slow and expensive. Would love to have cable internet here!

Pretty hard to run an agricultural business without internet that was promised to be everywhere by 2016!

The world revolves around the inter net and apparently Verizon feels this area is not worthy!
