The president should activate article 72 to free Montie3 for the sake of free speech. This must be done to check the arbitrariness of the Supreme Court.

My humble President, I know they did wrong by their choice of words. But I believe the judgement was too hash. I beg you to grant them pardon by the power granted to you as the father of this great nation called Ghana.

It's sad to be jailed for no crime but rather speech. Mr president, Justics Sophia said you can't even do anything about her judgement.

I am a supporter of free expression and I value free speech more than any other thing. Indeed, free expression is one of the civil liberties guaranteed us in the fourth republican constitution and any clamp down on free expression is an attack on the constitution. On that score, and in the interest of liberty and free speech, I call on all right thinking members of the public to join me petition the President to invoke article 72 to arrest the arbitrary nature of the processes that led to the conviction and sentencing of the Muntie 3. Punish my 'irresponsible' speech but don't criminalize it!

I expect Mr President to exercise powers vested in him under article 72 to reduce the punishment imposed on Muntie3
