This petition is for all employees of Cumberland to have mental in place every month regardless of makeup days to be able to reset and to rest from challenges of working in the school system. This day should not require any annual leave, but should be projected into our annual budget. I think this speaks volume over all the employees who work in the school it is showing more appreciation of those who take care of the students that we (employees) mental care matters as well!
