Montana Judicial Oversight

Jefferson County has a Judge that is terrible. THE most biased, rude, self righteous and criminal. He simply decides who and who not to listen to. My case was dismissed because he signed an invalid order that he had to proof, evidence or anything...yet he signed it because his OPINION was what it was...I proved his opinion didn't mean a damn thing. Now he hates me...but I also hate him. He is NOT a person that should ever judge others. His anger issues would concern me for his wife and children. His name is Stephen Anderson and NEEDS to be investigated for his dishonorable methods of being a "judge"....He is simply a pos. Period. NO NEED OR ROOM for judges like him in ANY courtroom.

Anyone who breaks the law in America should be "dealt with" in accord with the U.S. Constitution and international human rights law. A categorical call for harsh treatment in response to law breaking in America is inappropriate. Judicial oversight instituted pursuant to the proposed Montana Constitution amendment I hereby support should be fair and impartial, not retributive.

You are not above the law that you uphold, and you cannot legislate from the bench!

It's about money and the love of money is the root of all evil.

We the People demand accountability from the Judiciary. This is a long overdue correction to Commission that has become increasingly lawless and corrupt.

Montana judicial system is made up of the good ol boys club....never addresses constitutional questions....in fact it condones unconstitutional lawlessness

This is long overdue. The justice system has failed time & time again & a judicial oversight committee is needed to hold judges & attorneys who believe they are above the law, accountable. I support this 110%.

Families shouldn’t have to suffer in order to communicate with their love ones. Phone service and prices are ridiculous, too high and the service charge to add funds is very expensive 3$ a pop.! That’s to much! Consider changing companies that will charge families much less and be less of a burden during the difficult times we already are having, We don’t need to suffer that kind of cost or loss our love ones need our support Thank you!

Judicial Accountability has been lacking and costing our children and innocent their futures.

Without judicial accountability, there is no justice.

Time to end the corruption and fix our broken judiciary
