We, the undersigned, request that the Monroe City Council NOT APPROVE the site plan submitted by Wal-Mart.
Any such store of this magnitude catering to a region-wide market will significantly compound traffic congestion on already saturated streets and will have a profound and detrimental impact to the surrounding area businesses, neighbors and residents of Monroe.
