My family lived very close to that pond for 11 years. Never once did I let my children swim or fish in it. The fact that Brockton water uses it for drinking water is appalling. It is past time to clean this body of water up

I am an aquatic ecologist. The photo speaks 1000 data points. This pond needs to be 303d listed.

I grew up in that lake about 30 years ago. Back when you weren't allowed to use motorized boats, just paddle boats and canoes. Now I live in Brockton and have to drink water from that lake

I live on this pond, and it has been so sad to see this happen. Would love to be able to swim in this pond again. Build memories with family and friends growing up on the pond. Please work at cleaning it up.

This has been overlooked for too long. All of the listed requests are within reason. So many folks in this area don't realize this is happening. This is the time we turn to our representatives to make this issue notable and noticeable to the public. We look to you for help in rectifying this problem. I go back to a time when Halifax and Pembroke drew many folks from Boston for summer get a ways and recreation. Many of these folks have big political names and just have moved on because they can afford to. This is so wrong. You can partition Mike and Donna Egan for assistance. (Niece and nephew in law). Tell them Aunt Judy sent you! Let's get on board with this.
