I just don't understand how a personal touch to a grave has any effect on anyone else. I'm disgusted!

As the mother of a baby daughter who died I find comfort being able to place 'gifts' in her grave. And the silk flowers look nice until I am able to visit again. Better than dead real flowers.

The Church of England needs to rethink this rule and work with families for the best possible outcome. To lay tributes sometimes is the only way for people to manage their grief and should be respected.

This is a place for people to grieve and visit their loved ones people Pay a lot of money to have their loved ones placed to rest here they should be allowed to lay flowers and some parents of lost babies want to lay toys it should be allowed!

"Churchyard regulations" should not be dictating on how people are allowed to grieve for their loved-ones. As long as its nothing offensive, then what can possibly be the harm. Very insensitive and unnecessarily upsetting a lot of local residents.

This is so wrong to do this. We have a mother buried there and all her little angel ornaments from the grandchildren have been removed. Also what about all the little babys that have sadly passed getting all there little teddys and trinkets removed. So sad
