What does it take to get this law passed? Does tragedy have to happen to the law makers' family or close friends to get this law passed? Pass a law that make a ton of sense...."prevention"!

Please have this law passed ASAP as the custody/visitation of the children should NEVER put the child are mother in harms way when a person has a demonstrated history of violence. A mother separating from her children's father should never feel that her life is in imminent danger.
