This is a disgrace!!! The bullying alone should be enough of a reason, but she wants to be with her Mom! She has said this. This needs to be brought to the attention of someone higher up. This child's emotional plea needs to be heard.

Bless this child and remove her from the emotional and verbal abuse, Give her back to a mother who wants to love, nurture and cherish the child she brought into this world, instead of leaving her with someone who doesn't put his child first, and has no remorse for the harm he is causing.

A child should be safe, not left in an environment where she's being bullied and hears things from the room next to hers that's not appropriate for her to hear. Marissa has the right to live with whom she wants, justice for Marissa!

I personally know these two people. Jodi is a good mother and friend. She is sober does her best to help others I am one if them. Now for Marissa I spend time with her and her mom doing various activities. I think injustice was done by not awarding full custody to Jodi and it us terrible situation that this little girl has gone through. And still has to live in that environment.
