I am starting this petition to gather signatures to support my claim that Chandra Ludwig made working for Mom 365 difficult. I am claiming that her inability to properly do her job left her employees unsupported. I am further claiming that her inappropriate behavior caused the company to lose many valuable employees and kept others from staying with the company long enough to make it through their initial training with her. I am also claiming that this behavior forced unnecessary hardship on the employees that did stay with the company. I feel her inability to properly handle her job requirements left the employees directly under her fearful of their livelihood and feeling helpless to improve the conditions, fostering a hostile environment for many of us.
