I Marcus McFarlane is Writing this petition in hope to get my current child support order terminated, I was placed on child support by default due to my child mother filling out for benefits In New York , my child currently lives with me in South Carolina and has been with me since the year of 2021 & the money I’m working for is being Garnished out of my check even tho he’s with me
