1) Please reinstate the energy usage for each turn back to 15 energy per turn for ALL dungeons.

2) Please revisit the capture rate on free seals. There are major inconsistencies and they vary from player to player.

3) If returning the Dungeon Event to it's former format conflicts with the current format, then please return it to said former format.

4) Please ensure that ALL Customer Service Liaisons are on the same page in terms of HOW a customer is treated!

5) We appreciate the freebies, but not at the expense of "getting around" bugs that have cropped up as a result of format changes made by you. Futhermore, being told that a fix will "hopefully" be in the next update in the next 2 weeks is not acceptable.... roll back to previous update please and test your updates before going live.

If our requests are not complied with, we will be seeking advice from The Google Play Store and iTunes with a view to conducting an investigation on our behalf into your business practices and how your customers are treated.
