We the undersigned believe that Mick\'n\'Phil (Marathon Lads) should be given an opportunity to compete in the Flora London Marathon. We ask that the organisers of the event make special dispensation in this matter and encourage them in so doing , to fulfil three of Chris Brasher\'s original aims for the event. Namely: \"To show to mankind that, on occasions, the Family of Man can be united.\" By not excluding people on the grounds of their disability or personal circumstances. \"To prove that when it comes to organizing major events, \'Britain is best\'.\" By being deeply proud of our athletes who excel even against great adversity. \"To have fun and provide some happiness and sense of achievement in a troubled world.\" By doing the right thing.
