आपको सादर अवगत कराना है कि आधुनिक चिकित्सा विज्ञान में क्लिनिक्ल प्रयोगशाला (पैथोलाजी ) एक महत्वपूर्ण रोल अदा करता है। छोटी से छोटी बीमारी के लिए डॉक्टर मरीजों का विभिन्न तरह की जांच कराते हैं, ताकि असली मर्ज और उसकी स्थिति का पता चल सके। ऐसे में सही इलाज और दवा के लिए क्लिनिकल प्रयोगशाला की भूमिका अहम हो जाती है। ऐसी प्रयोशालाओं पर काम करने के लिए प्रशिक्षित टेक्नीशियनों की जरूरत होती है। इन प्रशिक्षित टेक्नीशियनों को चिकित्सा के क्षेत्र में मेडिकल लेबोरेट्री टेक्नीशियन (एमएलटी) कहा जाता है। एमएलटी की पढ़ाई में बायो केमेस्ट्री, माइक्रोबायलॅाजी, हिमैटोलाजी, सीरोलाजी, इम्यूनोलाजी, सायटोलाजी, हिस्टोलाजी, और ब्लड बैंकिंग, इत्यादि शामिल हैं। एमएलटी शरीर में खून, खून के प्रकार, सेल और अन्य की अवस्थाओं का विश्लेषण करता है। इसके अलावा ये एमएलटी स्वास्थ्य अनुसंधान संस्थाओ के बिभिन्न विभागों में अपने कार्य कुशलता की वजह से अपनी एक अलग पहिचान बनाये हुए है। लेकिन इस क्षेत्र में काम करने वाले लोगो के रोजगार, भविष्य एव कार्य अधिकार सम्बंधित अभी तक भारत सरकार एव राज्य सरकार के द्वारा कोई ठोस दिशानिर्देश नहीं है। जिसके वजह से राज्य सरकारे मेडिकल कालेज एव चुनिन्दा शिक्षण संस्थानों के द्वारा इनके लिए कोर्स का संचालन करती है जिसका मानक वह स्वय निर्धारित करती है एव अपने प्रदेश के मेडिकल फैकल्टी में उनका पंजीकरण करती है एव पंजीकृत छात्रो को ही अपने प्रदेश में रोजगार देती है दूसरी तरफ देश के विभिन्न विश्वविद्यालय, महाविद्यालय एव अन्य शिक्षण संस्थाओ द्वारा भी अलग अलग मानक पर कोर्स संचालन का कार्य किया जा रहा है। जिसका परिणाम यह है कि कई प्रदेशो में बड़ी संख्या में विश्वविद्यालय, महाविद्यालय एव अन्य शिक्षण संस्थाओ से प्रशिक्षण प्राप्त लोगो को रोजगार नहीं मिल पाता है। उत्तर प्रदेश के कुछ जनपदों में पथोलाजी पंजीकरण में भी लैब टेक्नीशियन के मेडिकल फैकल्टी में पंजीकरण को अनिवार्य कर दिया गया है। जबकि उन्ही जनपदों में संबिदा / प्रोजेक्ट के पद पर बिना मेडिकल फैकल्टी में पंजीकृत लैब टेक्नीशियन अपनी सेवाए दे रहे है। महोदय इस तरह के तमाम ऐसे उद्दाह्र्ण आपको मिल सकते है जिससे आप लैब टेक्नीशियन के समस्याओ को भली भाती समझ सकते है| समस्त स्वास्थ्य सेवाए मूलभूत चार स्तंभों द्वारा संचालितहोती है जिसमे डॉक्टर्स की MCI (मेडिकल कौंसिल ऑफ़ इंडिया), फार्मासिस्ट की PCI (फार्मेसी कौंसिल ऑफ़ इंडिया), और नर्सिंग की NCI (नर्सिंग कौंसिल ऑफ़ इंडिया) बनी हुई है, सिर्फ मेडिकल लेबोरेट्री टेक्नीशियन की ही कोई कौंसिल नहीं है जिससे सभी तकनीशियन भविष्य को लेकर बहुत ही निराशा की स्थिती ` से गुजर रहे हैं ,

I just looked at the screen and saw the counter hit one hundred signatures which frankly feels surreal because I was honestly just hoping my friends would notice. It is wild to think about how many of you actually care about the lack of clear guidelines for lab technicians when it feels like we are usually just working in the shadows without anyone paying attention to the systemic issues we face every single shift.

I have been reading through all the stories people are posting about the chaos in lab technician standards across different states and it really shows just how much this mess needs to be fixed. Spent all morning digging through government documents to find a path forward for our own commission while my coffee went cold on the desk. This is just a massive headache for everyone involved in diagnostics right now but we have to keep pushing for some actual order.

I want ....A council should be medical laboratory technology because every lab.technician could apply in all over india and every state.
