This Petition is an act by all those who have hitherto signed to show support for the implementation of Instant Replay Technology into the Officiating Process of Major League Soccer. 

Instead of citing specific reasons for debate or argument it will simply be stated that in this petition; we all deem it necessary.

How in-depth and to what extent the Instant Replay Technology is implemented we would leave up to the discretion of the Major League Soccer organization.
