Dublin has become overcrowded at all levels - schools, restaurants, shopping centers, roads, etc. We do not need more housing of any kind. Time to stop development and protect our citizenry. Thank you!

We oppose this plan. We neither want more traffic on hyland croy nor more kids per class than the current strength.

No to apartments put in the already overburdened school system! No room for increased traffic on Hyland-Croy either!

Site plan and land use below community standards and fails to maintain integrity of the surrounding developed area. Planned construction methods and materials below standards of the impacted community. Any perceived benefit is outweighed by the detrimental impact on traffic flow and to the school district and diminished market values of current homes. There also exists the strong probability of increased property taxes for the Dublin community to satisfy the increased burdens attributable to this development.

1 I vehemently oppose the development proposed rezoning. This super high density building plan will decrease the value of all the existing properties in Jerome Township and Dublin, overcrowding the Dublin Schools with more than 300 new students. Will cause big traffic problems with the more then 700 cars.

THE TAXES WE PAY ARE HIGH ENOUGH AND ARE INTENDED TO SUPPORT DUBLIN RESIDENTS, NOT ADJACENT COMMUNITIES TRYING TO ENCROACH FOR AMENITIES THEY ARE NOT TAXED FOR.

Not a good idea for more development on an already busy road, in an overly crowded school district!!
