I'm less concerned about an out-of-town corporation getting the concessions contract than I am that the process is cooked in such a way that prospective concessionaires are not playing in a fair match. It seems cruel for an out-of-state corporation to then license local vendors/products for merely the appearance of supporting local business while raking in millions out-of-state for that privilege. That's fraud and exploitation.

Look forward to grabbing a coffee from Liquid Planet go support my fellow SHS Bobcat & Liquid Planet owner, Scott Billadeau, every time I fly in/out of Missoula. Would lose a piece of Montana flavor & tradition if Liquid Planet was taken out of MSO.

If the airport is located in Missoula. It should be the local people representing Missoula. Not an out stater with no knowledge about the area and people.

Given that both companies are very close in economic and provisional scores, I believe it is in our best interest at the airport and in the local community to have the local company get this contract. Especially given the local company’s excellent track record and continued expansion. Please don’t make a decision based on lowest offer or false promises from a seasoned bidder. 20 years is a very long time to deal with a potentially unwelcome, long-distance company. Thank you.

People in New Jersey can use their own airports for food and beverage. People come to Montana for MONTANA flavor and way of life.
