There is zero tolerance for child and all human trafficking! Missing abducted children and adults are well known via media and propaganda since the 70s that i know of with the kids faces plastered on school lunch milk boxes and El Paso neighborhoods posting bright helping hand in windows of alleged safe homes to run to if you were being stalked.
