Petition to modify vistitation/parenting time regarding the verbal agreement Michelle Gartner and Matthew Frieden have in regards to child, Gage Frieden. Michelle Gartner requests that the courts restrict all parenting time until non-custodial parent Matthew Frieden recieves behavioral help such that the court requests along with therapy with child to resolve underlying issues. It is in the custodial parent, Michelle Gartner's, beliefs that parenting time at this point is impairing the childs emotional development and educational development and overall well being and that the child no longer physically feels comfortable or safe during visitations. The custodial parent, Michelle Gartner agrees to be involved in any behavioral therapy along with child or mental health counseling that the court recommends to assist child in a healthy and productive way to process any feelings or concerns he has.
