Recently, Miss Hmong World 2012 has exposed negativity about Helping Refugees of the World, which was her pageant committee. She has written many things on her Facebook about HWR in a way that was offensive and harsh. As a rule in the competition, as a contestant, nor the title holder, none should expose or offend HRW in any way at any time. Miss Hmong World did it on her facebook, meaning that she has violated the rule and went overboard stating that she doesn't care about it and the title. She wrote about all the hardship she encountered and was upset about it. HRW is now in the process of thinking if they should pass the title to the runner up or not. However they know she violated the rule. The right actions must be taken.
