When I was a kid I read what opinion Bora Boris Kostic had about Sultan Khan. Later I checked his achievements and confirmed his good reputation.
He was for sure among best players of that era.

The legend that is Sultan Khan very rightfully deserves the GM title.
From the very short span that he did play, he indeed proved that he was a exemplary genius and giving him posthumous GM title is the very least FIDE can do to give the much deserved recognition.
