Yes, He clearly deserve GM titel. And if FIDE will give him the GM title it will proud moment for indian chess players and it will inspire us to do more hardwork for chess.

Sultan Khan was Legend, obviously one who beats capablanca and draws with Alekhine and become world no. 6 is GM level, please don't disrespect GM title and give it to deserving ones.
