Request for Denial of Parole for Ivan Castaneda, Houston's "Miracle Baby" abuser.
In 2005, Ivan Castaneda abused his daughter, Hailey Castaneda "Houston's Miracle Baby." Hailey was only 6 months old when he inflicted a horrifically long list of injuries upon her.
This specific case was labeled "The Worst Case of Child Abuse in C.P.S. history." Hailey made an unbelievable recovery and earned the title "Houston's Miracle Baby."
Ivan Castaneda was sentenced to serve life in prison, now six years later he's eligible for parole.
Anyone who wishes to submit a written statement concerning Ivan Emmanuel Castaneda's parole hearing on November 9, 2011 can send a letter to;

I have been spending my nights writing formal protest letters to the parole board because Hailey deserves to know she is protected. It is heavy work but reading the messages you leave here reminds me that we are holding this space together for her.

Seeing this response makes me realize that Hailey is not alone in the fight to keep her abuser behind bars. Knowing that so many of you join me in demanding justice for her keeps me going during these impossible days.

No way he should ever get out. Cant believe he is even up for parole after what he did. KEEP HIM IN!
heartbreaking case. he needs to stay where he is.
How is this even a question?? He destroyed a life. Keep him in there forever.
Keep him locked up. Monsters like this dont deserve any breaks.
He should rot behind bars for the rest of his life. That poor baby went through hell because of him.
