The traffic in lucan South is so congested. It's total grid lock morning and evening. With another new school opening soon this is only going to put so much more pressure on the road network around here.

This would relieve some of the traffic on St John's road West in the morning. Also wouldn't it make sense to have a large car park so people could drive from Naas road to it like red cow luas stop.

Minister Ross, the people of Lucan kindly request that you please release the funds to complete this critical work. This station represents a key piece of transport infrastructure for West Dublin and will facilitate ease of access to Dublin city for the people of Lucan and surrounding areas. It will also help relieve city traffic congestion as people will utilise this station rather than driving into the city, so there are also beneficial environmental as well as economic reasons to complete these works.

Minister, please open the station. This is a huge waste of tax payers money to not use a pre built station. Plus it opens an alternative to driving into the city for one of Dublins largest suburbs.

Travelling in from Lucan (Castleroad) to Grand Canal Doc every single morning and it's a total nightmare!!!! please please start servicing this part of the city (Lucan) with a train service that goes all the way into to the IFSC or Connolly or Pearse Stree

I want the station opened as I live within walking distance of same and the train would be a much quicker alternative in to town than the bus route, which wanders around many housing estates before eventually getting on to the N4.

Kishoge Rail station is very close to where i reside and woudl be great if this were open especially if weather conditions impeded travel by bus. However a midibus service should also be provided to feed other areas of Lucan. This would make the case for the reopening the station much stronger and ensure that this isnt money being wasted.
