I once went into this zumba class after my forearm workout. Even though everyone looked at me in disgust, I knew I could bust a sick dance move. I even bought one of those disco balls you see in the movie. They kicked me out after I started breakdancing. Isn't dancing zumba? That's at least what I see the people inside doing.

I once asked some couple doing yoga outside to ask if I could join them. Afterwards they got mad and kicked me out of the session. Isn't picking both of them up and doing squats yoga?

It's a waste of time when we could get studying.

i believe that this class could have benefits if the students were more accepting, but i think we should've been informed first.

Now then.... it seems we reached an impasse. Though we did get a good number of signature, we are only 1/2.875 halfway there, or something to that number. I don't really have much to say but... I think I left the water running at home!
If it is a class I'm allowed to sleep in for an hour and a half but still receive weekly homework and an end of the year project, then it still successfully does the opposite of its intentions, and stresses us all even more.

I COMPLETELY DISAGREE WITH EVERYTHING ABOUT THIS CLASS. IT IS A COMPLETE WASTE OF MY TIME, EFFORT, AND MONEY. I HAVE SO MANY OTHER THINGS TO BE DOING AND THIS CLASS SHOULD NOT BE ONE OF THEM. THE CLASS IS MAKING ME MORE STRESSED OUT. I LOVE MS. GALIB BUT I DISAGREE WITH THE OVERALL CONCEPT OF THIS CLASS. THE FACT THAT IT IS MANDATORY IS EXTREMELY FRUSTRATING. I HOPE THIS SCHOOL DOES SOMETHING ABOUT IT AND CANCELS THE CLASS.

The intentions for the stress reduction classes are great, however we were not informed about the class while registering for IB classes. The stress management classes, in my opinion, should be an option open to students if it helps them, however not mandatory as not everyone relieves stress in the same way. Additionally, I was looking forward to having a study hall in the second semester because of the workload we have towards the end of our IB program. The assignments for the stress management classes are not too difficult, however it all adds up and in the end we will prioritize actual IB assignments over those given from this class.

They shouldn't make this class mandatory without informing us about it before we chose to take full IB

While I would like to mention that I have nothing against the instructor and that I recognize that this class was a good idea in theory, I want to stress the fact that this class was, first and foremost, implemented without the consultation of the seniors that are pursuing the IB Diploma. At the end of our sophomore year when we were registering for courses and choosing to pursue the IB Diploma, we were under the impression that the second semester of our senior year would contain a study hall after the completion of Theory of Knowledge (TOK). This study hall was taken away from us, and was instead replaced with this class. Personally, I had opted out of a formal lunch period for this year because I had assumed I would have a study hall during my second semester during the lunch period that would serve as a substitute. Instead, I got this course. I would appreciate it if seniors were given the option to either opt out of this course or choose to take it out of their free will.

I agree, I don't have anything against the instructor or the class itself. But it's not fair to suddenly give the full IB diploma students (with the heaviest workload in the school) a mandatory class that we never consented to and encroaches on our studying time. I have this class twice a week so that's two study halls wasted when I could be working on EE or WiT or any one of the projects in our significant work load we've been assigned.

Now, see here man... I don't take full IB. Now, yea, that seems great for colleges, but I ain't gonna kill myself with work yet. While I may not have the expertise to fully comment on this situation, and since I mostly heard from IB students what this class even is, I have to add that this sounds absurb. I mean, really? Yoga? I did that in the park and people got mad at me for indecent exposure! I don't see how that would work in a school setting.... but 'ey... if you wanna do yoga, go ahead, don't make my mistakes. But if there's a pal out there not wanting to do yoga, yet is forced to do it, then that's a problem, buddy. Man, when I was forced to do something, the results are typically disastrous! And when that involves animals, you don't wanna see the results.... But even then... I ain't gonna let the full IB students go through a semester of forced yoga, not on my watch. I can't let anyone get fined for indecent exposure again.

I have nothing against the class itself or the instructor. I just think it's extremely unfair that the class is mandatory. It is not part of the IB curriculum and does not help us with university requirements. I do not understand the logic behind giving extra work to reduce stress.

Alright now... I'm sure this is legal. People always vote twice for polls, right? I did it once for a most popular contest, and I still lost! Now, yea... that sounds dirty, but I don't really care man. Now, let's get down to business... *puts down fedora* Now... *lights up cigarette* let's talk business here, bub.... Yoga is great, now yea, I got fined before, but hey, the sword is buried under the bridge or whatever that book was.... even then.... ya gotta give the options to people, if you don't, then people are bound to get mad. It wasn't even in the official IB © contract! I read it a bit, yea... but I gotta know the opportunity when to get money, ya know... Well, I think I talked enough. We're already halfway through, and I think we're gonna do good. Now, it's time for my daily nap... *teleports out the room*
TOK helps w stress management enough
Please relieve us from this unnecessary misery
