Approve Planning Permission for Mimi's Bakehouse Corstorphine

Mimi's would be a fantastic addition to any local community.

We are lucky to have a Mimi's in this area and I feel Corstorphine residents will love them too.

Really what harm can it actually do to Corstorphine.. Some of the shops it already has are tatty anyway!!

This should open!!

I support this endeavour wholeheartedly.

Best cakes in Edinburgh!

Please bring mimi's to Corstorphine. I'll be there every Friday lunchtime picking up cakes for my colleagues.

Yes

Fantastic for the local area, what an asset it would be!

If your Leith cafe is anything to go by, your new venture in Corstorphine will be warmly received. Good luck!

Please bring mimi's to Corstorphine!!

Best place ever it has to open near my house please please please

Please allow permission, having lived in Corstorphine for many years I know it desperately needs a sustainable, good quality local business to revive the area. Some units in Corstorphine have been empty for many years and with that little hope of ever being retail again. Surely a thriving cafe is exactly what the area needs.

would love to see more of themXx

This would be an excellent addition to Corstorphine

There are a huge amount of residential properties and businesses in the Corstorphine area which would use this business. There are few businesses of this nature in the area and it would complement the range of outlets already there.

Corstorphine need more local businesses opening up, the amount of empty shops is apauling. Mimis would be welcomed greatly

I am sooooo excited for this! I love Mimis! Fingers and toes crossed for this to go ahead.

A fantastic business with amazing staff who bring a great community feel to what they do. Corstorphine would reap the benefits of having this business on its streets.

This will only do positive things for the corstorphine community and bring trade to other local businesses.
