Approve Planning Permission for Mimi's Bakehouse Corstorphine

Much needed facilities in this area of town. Fully support an established Edinburgh success!

Mimis at the shore is always extremely popular and usually fully booked. Surely this kind of family run small successful business can only be an asset to any local area. I say Corstorphine needs Mimis!

Mimis would be a great establishment to have in Corstorphine, it would brighten up the dull and dreary high street and offer a better choice to locals when deciding where to eat out.

This would be a great location for us as we visit Mimis every week from Fife.

Please allow permission for this to go ahead. Corstorphine needs family run business's don't need any more charity shops or chain run pubs. Will make the place More attractive

Jobs, a recognisable familiar brand which will draw people to corstorphine that wouldn't ordinarily go there, it sells products so is not just a cafe do you need any more reasons than that Edinburgh council ?

I visited Mimis at the shore today, wonderful experience, wouldn't it be lovely not to have to travel to the other side of town for this experience. It is just what corstorphine needs an upmarket cafe/restaurant would bring a lot of trade back to this area and boy It sadly needs it.
