Having visited the leith premises in a number of occasions to both dine and purchase cakes I strongly believe that Mimi's will have a very positive impact on the Corstorphine High St.

Total support for Mimis coming to Corstorphine. All those new residents in the housing you approved (despite local opinion) will need an amazing cake shop to go to. Corstorphine needs Mimis. Support local business

I don't understand why the council would turn down planning to fill an empty property with a proven business

Please approve the application for Mimi's Bakehouse to open in Corstorphine. Our area would benefit from having more independent businesses rather than another charity shop filling an empty premises.
I support local businesses where possible and would like to have the opportunity to see a local business open and flourish rather than a big chain open in our area.
Kind regards,
Glenda Wintour

i live in Corstorphine, have done for 40 years, this would be an excellent addition to the local community. Far better than the empty units and hairdressers. Let's rebuild Corstorphine As a place people want to be.
