Approve Planning Permission for Mimi's Bakehouse Corstorphine

Mimis Bakehouse would do well in corstorphine

Love love this bakery-

i think it would be great for Corstorphine.

Signing this petition - as a local resident in support of the successful approval of planning permission for Mimis bakehouse. This community needs Mimis and I feel that we should be supporting local businesses opening on St Johns road as opposed to creating barriers for them. As a local resident I whole hearted support their planning application and hope that it be granted.

I KNOW THIS FAMILY WELL AND THERE BUSINESS WOULD REALLY BRIGHTEN UP CORSTORPHINE AND BRING WITH IT MORE PUNTERS TO HELP FILL UP ALL THE BLANK PREMISES. RIDICULOUS THAT IT EVEN HAS TO BE PETITIONED.

There has already been a Cheesecake shop, so why would this not be allowed. I definitely want one in my home (Corstorphine).

A business offering jobs in the local community can only be a great thing. Surely it is much better to have local businesses that people in the local area want than have units sitting empty.

Absolutely love Mimi's! A Mimi's in Corstorphine would be highly popular and great for the local community!

This would be a great addition to Corstorphine, and help improve the look of the area for residents and visitors alike. It would also improve the variety of shops and bring needed footfall to the area.

Heard Mimis was coming to Corstorphine please let this happen - we so need a quality attraction in Corstorphine all we have are empty shops and charity shops. Good luck Mimis love your bake house xx

Please allow this. Great for local jobs.

Would be fantastic to see this edinburgh institution open in the west of the city, hopefully the council sees how this would add to the high street, and encourage people to shop and visit local shops instead of going to "out of town centers"

Would welcome Mimi's in Corstorphine, I know they will be a professional establishment and their cakes are amazing! Good competition for cafes already in area too.

Mimis corstorphine should open!!

Mimi's is my favourite bakery, the food is always spectacular and the service is only ever warm and lovely. I think that they their bakery would bring a classy edge to corstorphine and they would be silly to pass up their business. Laura

Corstorphine needs Mimi's to help bring it back to life!

Corstorphine needs attractive business propositions - Mimi's is just that.

Corstorphine shipping area is full of tired , closed and charity shops , mimis is a looming Edinburgh company and as such the council should be supporting a successful business trying to expand within the city

Mimi's is a fantastic boutique bakery which has won the hearts of the people in my community, Leith, and is THE ONLY place to go if you are in need of great coffee, fabulous cake and tip top customer service. I could not recommend Mimi's highly enough and it would be a great addition to any community!

This would be a great addition to corstorphine. Since the cheesecake place has closed down there's nothing like it.
