I find Mimi's to be a wonderful and friendly business, & I'm sure it would be an asset to the Corstorphine area.

Heard so much about the Leith one that I think it would be great for Corstorphine.

Corstorphine needs mimis . Parking not an issue as lots of side streets and on main bus routes. No parking in canongate either but they are there and successful. Let local businesses get back to high street - nothing like this in Corstorphine since cheesecake place closed

Corstorphine needs a decent place for local people to meet. We have more than enough charity shops and hairdressers. Please grant permission to Mimis.

Introduced to Mimi's when it first opened in leith and ADORE your food! Live in kirkliston and pass St Johns road every day. A local family business is what Edinburgh needs more of!

Think this would be a real asset to corstorphine. Would make s change from takeaways, hairdressers, restaurants. Would bring more shoppers to area help other businesses.

The Bakehouse will attract more passing trade to Corstorphine. This area needs a place to gather (that are alcohol free) for families and other local residents.

As someone who has lived in Corstorphine all my life, and someone who has frequented the fabulous Mimi's Bakehouse for years now, I can say with absolutely confidence that Mimi's will be a WONDERFUL addition to Corstorphine! Why City of Edinburgh Council would want planning permission for this venture refused is beyond me - it's a fantastic and recognised business which will go down a treat here. I'm speaking as a local! Bring Mimi's to Corstorphine!

Knowing how much Mimi's has done for Leith (where I grew up) I would love to have a Mimi's Bakehouse in my local area. It is well loved by many residents, locally owned and would be a great addition to our community.
