We, the undersigned, petition the Administration of the City of North Ridgeville, Ohio to effectively repair all streets in the Mills Creek East subdivision as soon as possible. We request that the streets be fully covered with new asphalt. We further request that the Administration provide a timeframe of when these repairs will take place.
