Having condos in the warehouse is a fantastic idea. Ed Greeley has made fantastic marketing ideas really shine through adding a new identity that people love to visit from an almost forgotten area. If you need proof or evidence, just look how clean and exciting everything throughout the warehouses are. The Team at the Mills at Pulaski has really done a fantastic job renovating and in turn helping all our businesses. It is truly turned into a family environment here. To add condos would only add more customers to everyone’s business as well as add a stylish flare to the buildings that has already made all of the tenants believers. If Ed and his team think it’s a good idea than sign me up as well. He has made a believer out of me a long time ago and as well as hundreds of customers who have commented on how special the Pulaski team has made our businesses as well as each building/floor exciting to visit. This is a fantastic idea which is already helping the City of Peabody!! Only good can come from the Pulaski teams ideas. Just walk around the family atmosphere which has formed throughout everyone’s businesses. It’s a home away from home!!

Preserving and utilizing historical buildings on the North Shore is a key part of maintaining the rich and unique feel and look of our community. By renovating and utilizing historic buildings, we honor the hardworking people who came before us. Having residential space at the Mills will only add to the special community of locally owned and operated small businesses--all co-existing and supporting each other. As a tenant at the Mills, I am grateful that Ed Greeley and the city of Peabody have been so supportive of the Mills and hope that this residential component can be the next step. Support local! Please pass this initiative!

The location is perfect, with lots of parking, proximity to public transportation, and many wonderful businesses and services in the surrounding communities. This proposal has the potential to create a "town within a city," and bring new life to this area of east Peabody and Danversport.

I’ve lived and operated my business in Peabody for the majority of my life. The community Mills 58 has created and their commitment to improving the property is what enticed us to move back to Peabody. We are whole heartedly in support of the new Residental dwellings at the mills because we believe it will greatly improve the quality of life for all in the area.
