this is Melissa I am so proud and greatful for the support we are getting. milli was no saint but in the last 6 to 7 months of her life she gave her heart to the lord and turned her life around. I will fight for her until I stop breathing. lake marion santee area water way was so tragic this year. millis collision and death was the first of its kind in 10 years. as a resident of clarendon county and living on the water,i want our waterways safer for everybody. when several people were asked would you drink and drive a car their reply was no way. well why would you drive a watercraft that has no brakes if you have been drinking? I got several head shakes and well,i never looked at it that way. thank each of you from every state for joining millis movement! words can not express my gratitude. Melissa grice manning s c

Please support this petition. Milli was a good friend of mine and this would be such a great way to honor her memory and pass an important piece of legislation to protect our waters. all of us have family and friends who want to enjoy our waters without such tragedies happening. For those who did not know Milli personally, she was a great friend and had a wonderful, caring heart. I miss her random texts and visits. I miss her laugh, her smile and the way she would brighten any room. She was loyal to her family and her friends and I'm thankful I was considered "one of her people". I miss my friend.
