The whole school shouldn't be punished for a handful of kid's mistake. Bring back pep rally!

There are other ways this can be dealt with other than punishing the entire school, especially the senior class. Pep Rally is something all students look forward to and enjoy. Just because a handful of kids misbehaved does not mean everyone should be deprived of this memorable experience.

Please bring back the Pep Rally. The actions of the few should not be cause for punishing the many.

The fact that other kids did something (being typical teenagers) should not affect others nor should others be punished at the hands of kids that are not part of that class.

Miller Place Pep Rally is like no other! Our school was so dedicated to the pep rally and it was always something I looked forward to every year. It is a shame that the school does not want to carry on the tradition due the incident that happened. I don't know much information about what happened but it shouldn't stop the school from hosting the best pep rally ever!

All students shouldn't be punished for something a few previous kids did. Pep rally was one of the few experiences that MP still had to offer their students, it's unfair to take this away too!!

All should not lose out on this opportunity due to the actions of a few. Let this class be part of the institution that is MPHS.

"We must reject the idea that every time a law's broken, society is guilty rather than the lawbreaker. It is time to restore the American precept that each individual is accountable for his actions." -Ronald Reagan ...stop punishing the innocent, bring back the Pep Rally

Any students that broke any rules during pep rally last year, 5 years ago, or 20 years ago should be punished at that time and that time only. Punishment is enforced so that children will learn their lesson. They make a mistake, realize it was wrong and don't do it again because they suffered the consequences. To deprive students from one of the only fun things of the entire school year is not the best way to solve this problem. Inform students of the rules and the price that they will pay if they are broken. Don't rid these kids of any school spirit or pride they may have!! Rules can be broken in chemistry class, math class or during lunch period, but it would be irrational to eliminate it completely. Don't do that for pep rally either.

Is class of 2016 really the most destructive class that you had to take away only our senior year pep rally ???????????¿¿¿

The Class of 2016 shouldn't be punished for the actions of a few last year. As seniors, my daughter and her classmates should be able to experience pep rally as every class before did and after will. The class of 2016 has lost out on many things over the course of their education. Please reconsider

Come on......only a few ruin it for all!!! Bring it back for the good kids! There are so many good children in our high school. Let them have their fun!!! These are the parts of high school they will remember. Why punish all for the acts of a few?????
