I am a City of Erie resident signing this in solidarity. It is so wrong to seek an exemption year after year. No one can ask their employer to raise their wages fast enough to keep pace with these tax increases. Cut your budget and start requiring all the tax exempt properties to pay their fair share.

my house payment keeps going up but my income can't keep up. We don't need to play catch up with Prep at my expense! Stop raising my taxes to fund your failure to stay within you're budget!

This is a petition to request a tax reduction for Millcreek School District Taxes, and that the exception to Act I not be approved. Act I is the formula that gives them the ability to raise tax rates. We just had a tax rate increase because of last year's approval for an increase. By receiving at exemption to the Act I the Millcreek School District can raise taxes again over the limit. This petition is to request that the Millcreek School Board disapprove the exemption resolution to ONCE AGAIN raise taxes, to an already tax burdened resident.
Before tax increased, let us see the detail behind spending.
