This is a Millcreek resident petition against an additional tax increase for Millcreek School District Taxes. Dec. 2, 2014 the exception to Act One wasapproved by the majority of the Millcreek Townshio School Board, allowing them to raise taxes again. Residents incurred a tax rate increase because of last year's approval. By receiving an exemption to the Act I, the Millcreek School District can raise taxes again over the limit. IF THERE IS AN ADDITIONAL HIKE, TAXES WILL ONCE AGAIN BE INCREASED. ONCE TAXES INCREASE THEY CANNOT BE ROLLED BACK. This petition is for the voice of the residents that are financially unable to meet increases beyond what their incomes can bear. This is the voice of representation.
