I do support contracting with Hotwire. I do not want to be locked into a contract with an ISP. We all have different internet needs, budgets and expectations for the services we need that may change over time. The decision should be left to each individual household.

I am highly against the installation of Hot Wire. Their advertising and selling of private information will be available to interested parties and our neighborhood would be solicited with more junk e-mail and possibly bog down USPS mail. Please do not consider any further because this puts the neighborhood on redundant ISPs and homeowner expense.
