One day he was coming back to home from office, the militants were following him that day. When he arrived near to his house some militants were waiting priorly there to abduct him. They tried best to abduct and then to slaughter him in the caves but the victim Waheed Baz started crying to help but no one helped him in the middle of large coward village. His wife and children were looking on their victim Waheed Baz. The innocent cries of Waheed Baz were cutting their family hearts because they could not do anything else except invocation. He was fighting alone against them. When they understood that they could not bring him to the caves side they immediately shoot him there in front of his family and run away from there.

The Political force did not take any action against those militants. If they were wished to arrest them so it was not very difficult for Political to arrest them because they have lots of check points there but they were not wanted to arrest militants because Waheed was working in NGO and the Political forces do not want to do actual aid of NGO`s workers in various difficulties. Therefore the people of Khyber Agency are lifting bereft from the aid of different NGOs.
