Are you tired of dealing with terrible roads and the high cost of pad rent with little maintenance done in the trailer park?

The amount of money each and everyone of us pays for pad rent (anywhere from $350/month to $450/month) just to rent our small spot of land is ridiculous! Also we have to pay our own property taxes but we don't even own the land! The roads are terrible especially in the back side where it is always full of potholes and even the pavement is bad.

I propose we all sign this petition to lower the pad rent for every person in this trailer park, OR agree to repave the whole park including the back side this summer!! The amount of money they make in a month off of our rent is definitely enough to do something!! It's not fair that we have to pay so much to have such little maintenance done.

The winters are bad you are praying you can get in and out of the park sometimes because the roads aren't plowed on a regular basis. As of this week 03/23/2014 the entrance was inexcusable for 5 days ormoreand extremely dangerous. Imagine if an ambulance or fire truck had to get in, in ahurry it would not bequick I can tell you that. I continuously called and left messages with the number provided and got no reply back. Finally someone answered after the 3rd day of calling and it wasn't even the person I was trying to get a hold of, she stated the managers have been contacted and that's all. She would not give me an actual number to contact the managers.

When we have an issue or a complaint you can call and complain and leave messages and you will not get an answer, but if you don't pay your pad rent you will get a call in a second. That is not right. The manager of an apartment building has to reply and address your issues so why shouldn't they have to for us?

Maybe if we all stand together something can be done!
