Coach George is the man. He is there everyday and he is a motivator. He embodies the blue collar workers that Madonna recruits and it shows. CG has proven that he can run a program before and I believe his knowledge has only grown since he stepped down as head coach. If any coach deserves to be our leader it is definitely coach George.

Coach George is a great man, coach, and role model. He does what he does to make each kid a better player, but more importantly, a better person. The man who is Madonna Baseball, deserves to be head coach.

Coach George cares more about the young men on the Madonna baseball team than anyone can even imagine. I've seen him go out of his way to help these men more times than I can count. There is no one more caring and compassionate about a movement and about a group than this man. He is simply the ONLY choice to be the head coach from this point forward. Not only will he allow these student-athletes to succeed in academics as well as athletics but he will make them into better men for the future and that's the true difference you want, no that you NEED at Madonna University. From an outside perspective and hearing a lot of different insight, it seems you as the administration are forgetting that Madonna University is a FAMILY and it always has been, and Mike George has been apart of that family since the early days. Take a step back, look at the situation, and make the right choice.

You will find it extremely difficult to find any other man that will get this team to play to the best of its ability. This team will do ANYTHING for Mike George. You would be making a HUGE mistake if you hire anyone else besides this man. He started this program and does more for it than you can even fathom. He's been a major role in the crusader community before you and your staff came to this school and he will still be even after you are gone. There is no better man for this job. Mike George is the best fit for the job.

CG is the reason that I am at Madonna. He recruited me and has made me feel welcome since day one. He treats us all like family because that's what we are to him.
